Ascension Surveyors Limited is a privately owned company dealing in all aspects of land survey and land development surveying. The company was established in 1999 through the management buyout of Terralink Survey Services Auckland.
Ascension Surveyors Limited are a LINZ Survey and Maintenance Provider, as well as being fully proficient with the compulsory LINZ Landonline e_survey requirements for cadastral land surveys (subdivision, title and boundary). Our principal cadastral land survey work revolves around small to medium subdivisions (all forms of sub division), removal of “limitations as to parcels” from certificates of title and boundary surveys (redefinitions or repegging) whilst we are also involved with data capture and topographical map surveys, GNSS (GPS), airport obstruction surveys and the reinstatement or replacement of survey control marks.
The Owner - Ian Walker, is a Professional Land Surveyor, and has been in surveying for over 25 years. He is a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor (Registered Professional Surveyors) with membership to the New Zealand Institute of Surveyors (NZIS) and The Consultant Surveyors Group of New Zealand (CSGNZ).
